The following companies have had one or more unanswered complaint(s) in the last year with the Better Business Bureau Serving Eastern Washington, North Idaho & Montana. We do not know, beyond the outcome of our complaint handling process, if the customers have been satisfied. These firms have an unsatisfactory business performance record with the Better Business Bureau, due in part to their failure to respond to customer complaints. Consumers who filed a complaint through the Bureau with these companies did so in writing. Each company was notified in writing, at least twice, and asked to send a response to the BBB. No response was received by our Bureau regarding these complaints– thus, the “non-responder” status for these companies.
